Privacy and cookies

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is DUEVO 2000 s.r.o., company ID 08349550, VAT ID CZ08349550, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. C 113214, operator of Restaurace Přístav u Vodů, Přístavní 39, 635 00 Brno-Bystrc, Czech Republic.

2. What data we process and why

Table reservations. Name, phone, email, date and time, number of guests and your seating or occasion preferences. We need them to prepare your table and contact you if necessary. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form. Name, email and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep reservation and enquiry data for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, accounting records).

4. Who we share data with

We use these processors to run the website: Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and form handling, USA – transfers based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses), Google Ireland Ltd. (the map on the Contact page and, only with your consent, visitor statistics) and our email provider. We do not share data with any other third parties unless required by law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz).

6. Cookies

Necessary. We only store your choice from the cookie banner (cookie puv_consent, valid for 12 months). Without it, the banner would keep appearing.

Analytics. These help us understand how the website is used (for example, Google Analytics). We only run them with your consent.

Third-party content. The Google map on the Contact page and links to Instagram may set cookies of their own providers under their own policies.
